If you’re looking to reverse aging, Sardinia happens to be home to the greatest number of male centenarians on Earth. According to Blue Zones, although much may be genetic, Sardinians keep a wholesome plant-based diet, are physically active, and place much importance on family time. They go fishing, hunting, and consume the crop they grow.

A big tradition in this area is to enjoy fresh pecorino cheese which comes from sheep that are grass-fed.
