The new year brings travel destinations to cross off your bucket list. This is even more so the case after COVID has impacted travel across the globe.
Thankfully most countries have dropped most of their pandemic restrictions, although some have been reimposed due to rising cases, and as such people are eager to take advantage and make up for a lost time.
Today, CNN released their “Where to travel in 2023: The best destinations to visit” citing that travelers are ‘charging full steam ahead into the new year’ and that some areas are even ‘closer to 80% or 90% of their 2019 arrivals’.

2023 is shaping up to be the year where travel bounces back, following the surge at the end of 2022. Whether travelers are looking to go to up-and-coming destinations or tried and true or ones off-the-grid, one thing is for certain.
People want to travel, get out and explore and make up for all the lost time throughout the pandemic.
