IHG Hotels & Resorts is to open its first Garner-branded hotel in Scotland when it takes over an existing property in central Edinburgh.
Garner Hotels, which opened its first UK property in Preston earlier this month, will rebrand the Haymarket Hub Hotel because the Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh within the second half of this yr following a £2 million refurbishment.
The renovated 195-room, owned by Palm Holdings, is situated near Haymarket Station and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). Facilities will include a bar and café within the lobby area.

Garner, which was created as a brand by IHG in 2023, now has 23 open hotels in its global portfolio with one other 94 properties in the event pipeline.
