Rwanda will host the World Travel & Tourism Council Summit next year. This was announced during this year’s summit in Saudi Arabian capital, Riyadh yesterday at a galla dinner.

The dates of the summit will be announced in January 2023.

The summit attracted world leaders, global tourism CEOs and women entrepreneurs, discussing the way forward for the travel and tourism industry.

The World Travel & Tourism Council Summit is the biggest event of the world tourism calendar, hosted annually at different locations, enabling countries to display their tourism prowess.

RDB CEO, C Akamanzi, together with Ambassador, Emmanuel Hategeka met the Minister of Tourism for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Al-Khateeb at the WTTC Global Summit and discussed areas of bilateral cooperation in the sector.
