The magic of the holidays may have just gotten a bit more magical. Get ready to celebrate on the high seas. Disney Cruise Line just announced magically-themed holiday cruises through Fall 2023.

You can embark on one of the Halloween on the High Seas sailings or Very Merrytime Cruises. These one-of-a-kind cruises will be offered exclusively during this select time of the year and depart from a variety of popular ports.

With sailings from the newest homeport in Fort Lauderdale, California, or New York, you’ll get to experience the holidays with your favorite Disney characters featuring a tropical twist. Trips can take you to the Caribbean and The Bahamas, Baja, the Panama Canal, Bermuda, or Canada.

Halloween On The High Seas

In September and October, you can celebrate Halloween on the High Seas with some magical mischief and spellbinding surroundings.

Thanks to some not-so-scary activities, there is something for everyone including a magical Halloween tree and a never-before-seen costume debut of Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow dressed as the iconic Sanderson sisters from the movie Hocus Pocus.

There will be spooky surprises and spine-tingling treats while on-board, plus Mickey’s Mouse-querade, a scare-a-bration with Disney characters all dressed up for Halloween. You’re also encouraged to bring your best costume!

Very Merrytime Cruises

Holiday-themed entertainment, activities, and decor are available on the Very Merrytime Cruises for November and December to celebrate seasonal magic at sea.

Ships will be covered in festive decor including a life-sized gingerbread house, a 24-foot Christmas tree, garlands, poinsettias, and shimmering lights to warm everyone’s hearts during the holiday season.

Some of your favorite Disney characters will be in the spirit as well with their holiday best and Santa himself will make a visit to the ship.

The private island stop at Castaway Cay will include “snow” flurries, a Christmas tree, and more holiday-themed fun.

Bookings open to the public on July 28, 2022.
