And there’s even a hotel in Portugal called a Sleep Spa hotel with special mattresses, helping people book their vacations — not based on destination — but on the ability simply to sleep well.
One clinical study reports that 40% of travelers reported a reduction in their sleep quality since the start of the pandemic.
