As more and more of us begin to travel again, we’ve become used to destinations asking for — and requiring — proof of vaccination. But now, some have ratcheted up the rules, and you’ll now need proof of a booster shot as well.

In Hawaii, you now have to show proof of a booster to bypass strict quarantine rules. And this also applies to eating indoors, going to bars or the gym.

Are you going to Spain? You’ll need not just proof of having a vaccination no more than 270 days — or nine months — prior to getting there, but also a booster shot at least 14 days prior to arriving.

Your vaccination is also only valid for nine months in Switzerland and Austria.

Israel’s vaccination cut off deadline is stricter at six months. It’s now all about the booster.
